loving the way my boss's "everyone thinks you're hostile to criticism" is actually a "I don't like it when you correct me openly as nicely as fucking possible when I keep being confidently factually wrong about Excel formulas"

I understand that it's nice to feel like an expert but PLEASE she can be an expert about other things, she is just reinforcing everyone else's Not Understanding how Excel works. This is what generations of lying on resumes has wrought.
